ROLE OF OCCLUSAL FACTOR IN TEMPOROMANDIBULAR JOINT PROBLEMS A Case Report (A Case of Pseudoprognathie With T.M.J. Bu makalede, Temporomandibular ekleminde takirti ve agri problemi olan 26 yasinda bir bayanin okluzyon ve estetik problemlerinin cozumu anlatildi. Alt cenenin pseudoprognatik durumundan ve ust cene on dislerin diastemali goruntusunden dolayi estetik acidan rahatsiz olan hastamiza yan kiymetli metal ustune porselen calismasi seklinde sabit protezler yapildi. Bu sabit protezlerden once okluzyon okluzal splintle kontrol altina alinarak rehabilitasyon saglandi. In this article the solution of occlusal and esthetical problems of a women who is 26 years old are explained. Her complains was clicking noise and pain in her temporomandibular joint. Semiprecious metal and porcelain fixed bridges and crowns are made to our patient who has trouble from mandibular pseudoprognathie and poor esthetical appearence because of diastemaes maxiller incical teeth. Before applying fixed prosthesis a rehabilitation is provided by taking under control the occlusion with occlusal splint.
