The influence of deposition conditions on phase composition of lead dioxide-based materials

2015
The present work studies lead dioxide coatings deposited from methanesulfonate electrolytes additionally containing metal ions with high oxidation states. It is shown that lead dioxide electodes micromodified by additives with different physico-chemical properties in reference to traditional PbO2-anodes are formedafter deposition. A correlation between the deposition conditions and phase composition of the forming coatings is revealed.
