The effect of chamber pressure on the structure of carbon nanotubes

Under the catalytic effect of nickel, carbon nanotubes were synthesized through microwave plasma chemical vapor deposition. The effect of chamber pressure on the structure of carbon nanotubes was analyzed. The results showed that higher pressure could improve the tubestructure of carbon nanotubes.
