Numerical Simulation for BF Hearth and Bottom Using Finite Difference Method

First, a 2-dimention unstable heat transfer model of BF hearth and bottom is established on the basis of heat transfer theory. By utilizing the finite difference method and using C++ programming language to develop the calculating software. The temperature distribution of the BF hearth and bottom while selecting different heat-conducting property refractory bricks is calculated to predict the erosion line. And this is commonly considered in the design of BF hearth and bottom structure and selecting materials.
