Clean dry air exchange system for high-voltage switch cabinet

2014
The utility model provides a clean dry air exchange system for a high-voltage switch cabinet. A system housing is divided into two chambers which are separated by a baffle board and a dehumidifying rotating wheel. One chamber is internally provided with a regenerated air inlet, a regeneration blower, a heater, a dry air centrifugal blower and a dry air outlet; and the other chamber is internally provided with a regenerated air outlet, a processed air inlet and a cooler. The dry air outlet is connected with a bottom inlet of the high-voltage switch cabinet through an air transmission pipe. The system housing is also provided with a system control case. The dehumidifying rotating wheel is divided into a processed air area and a regenerated air area. Through uninterrupted dry air feeding into the high-voltage switch cabinet through the air transmission pipeline, air pressure in the cabinet is kept to a positive pressure relative to outside of the cabinet. The clean dry air exchange system for the high-voltage switch cabinet is advantageous in that: through the positive pressure of the dry air with an ultralow dew-point temperature in the cabinet, wet air is discharged out of the cabinet through cabinet body gaps and a pressure releasing channel, and moisture content of the air in the cabinet is thoroughly reduced, thereby reducing air humidity in the cabinet, reducing the dew-point temperature and preventing frost.
