The present invention relates to a mercury cadmium telluride graphene-based material and a preparation method of a composite film comprising a substrate layer, a single layer or multi-graphene layer on the underlayer, the graphene layer is deposited with a thin layer of mercury cadmium telluride, Hg1- xCdxTe, 0.2≤x≤0.3. (CVD) process for preparing a graphene thin film on a copper foil, wet transfer graphene layer to the desired substrate layer, using a laser molecular beam epitaxy (LMBE) method for depositing a layer on the graphene prepared by chemical vapor deposition mercury cadmium telluride film. The substrate material of the present invention is varied, and changes will not cause the substrate to change film properties of mercury cadmium telluride; good with high transparency, better electrical performance and lower noise; graphene layers controllable , can be better controlled adjustment, the light transmittance, conductivity, noise response.
