Disclosed are a pharmaceutical composition for transferring a nucleic acid targeting KRAS and a preparation method therefor, the pharmaceutical composition comprising: as an active ingredient, a nucleic acid targeting KRAS; a cationic compound; an amphiphilic block copolymer; and a polylactide salt, wherein the nucleic acid targeting KRAS forms a composite with a cationic lipid, and the composite is enclosed in a micelle structure formed by the amphiphilic block copolymer and polylactide salt.
