The glossy ganoderma culture material has the beneficial effects that mycelia of glossy ganoderma cultivated by adopting the culture material rapidly sprout, vigorously grow and are pure white and dense, and the conditions such as pollution to fungus bags are avoided. The glossy ganoderma cultivated by adopting the culture material has large fruiting bodies, hard and thick texture and good cortex and shell layers and is glossy. The biotransformation efficiency of the dry glossy ganoderma with the fruiting bodies reaches 9.82%, and the acid content in the glossy ganoderma cultivated by the culture material is higher than that of the glossy ganoderma cultivated by a common sawdust substitute material. Meanwhile, the using amount of the common sawdust and the cottonseed shell in the culture material is obviously reduced, the damage of deforestation to the environment is effectively reduced, the cost is reduced, and the culture material is worthy of popularization.
