ASTROPHYSICAL n 13 C CAPTURE

energies from 10 meV to 1.0 MeV is considered within the framework of the modified potential cluster model with forbidden states. It is shown that it is entirely possible to explain the magnitude of the measured cross sections in the indicated energy range on the basis of E1 transitions.
