Semi-reflective and semitransparent display panel and display device

The invention discloses a semi-reflective and semitransparent display panel and a display device. The semi-reflective and semitransparent display panel comprises a substrate, a semi-reflective and semitransparent membrane layer and a display layer which are sequentially laminated, wherein the semi-reflective and semitransparent membrane layer comprises a first high refractive index layer, a first low refractive index layer, a second high refractive index layer and a second low refractive index layer which are sequentially laminated; the first high refractive index layer is in direct contact with the substrate; the second low refractive index layer is in direct contact with the display layer. The reflectivity of a display region is basically consistent with that of a reflecting region; when a screen is closed, different regions are consistent in brightness.
