Clinical diagnosis and treatment of primary biliary cirrhosis

Objective To explore the clinical diagnosis and treatment of primary biliary cirrhosis. Methods Selecting 78 cases of primary biliary cirrhosis patients from my courtyard in April 2007 to September 2010, and 78 patients were randomly divided into two groups, 40 cases in the observation group,38 cases in the control group,the observation group was given magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate in intravenous infusion,ursodeo- xycholic acid capsules in the treatment,the control group was only given the ursodeoxycholic acid treatment, and then recorded the data. Results The efficiency rate of 40 patients of the observation group was 85.0%, and the efficiency rate of 38 patients of the control group was 76.3%.Conclusion Using magnesium isoglycy-rrhizinate combined with ursodeoxycholic acid capsules in the treatment of primary biliary cirrhosis of liver diseases has significant effect, and the treatment. The method is worth to use in the clinical application.
