Application of Finite Element Method with Renovating Lifting Units of Tapping Trolley

Lifting units of tapping trolley,as the function of tapping aluminum for pot tending machine,whose stability and safety are attached important to heavily.In this paper,lifting units of tapping trolley are improved with high coaxiality and simple structure.Meanwhile,verification of lifting units supporting frame is proposed with finite element method(FEM),and the weak links are improved and stiffened according to the result of finite element analysis(FEA).
