Иммуногистохимическое исследование аденокарцирномы толстой кишки для оценки прогностических факторов

The aim of the study was evaluation of expression based predictors chemotherapy efficiency, described nowadays in literature. These are: Ki-67, TS, TP, DPYD, III-class ƒ-tubulin, topoisomeraseIIƒ, ERCC-1, PTEN. Comparative analysis of expression was made among colorectal, gastric, lung adenocarcinomas relatively histological grade and presence of metastases. Conclusion about prognostic importance analyzed markers was made.
