The present invention relates to a joint movement assisting tool which reduces the load applied to the joints when moving the waist, shoulders, arms, and legs to reduce the burden in the movement or performance of operations. The configuration of the joint movement assisting tool includes: a spring mechanism unit (10) which has two connected members (110, 120) to enable elastic and relative rotation movement; a first body fixing unit which is installed on a side of the spring mechanism unit (10); a skeleton unit (30) which has an end connected to the other side of the spring mechanism unit (10) to be extended; and a second body fixing unit installed on the other end of the skeleton unit (30).
