SEPARATION AND PURIFICATION OF TOTAL FLAVONOIDS FROM RICE HULL BY MACROPOROUS RESIN

The properties of five kinds of macroporous resins in separating and purifying total flavonoids in rice hull were researched according to the adsorption and desorption rates of rice hull flavonoids to select the optimal macroporous resin.The influences of pH and concentration of the stock solution,the resin amountal and the desorption solution concentration on the static desorption were observed.The experiment result shows that macroporous resin AB-8 has good property in absorbing and desorbing total flavonoids in rice hull,and the appropriate conditions for adsorption and desorption are determined as follows: the pH of the stock solution is 5.0;the ratio of resin amount to the volume of adsorption solution is 1∶40(g/mL) when the concentration of adsorption solution is 1.929 mg/mL;the AB-8 resin can reach adsorption saturation when the balance concentration is 0.388 5 mg/mL,and the amount of saturation adsorption is 46.19 mg/g dry resin;and the concentration of ethanol desorption solution is 50%.
