The invention relates to a rock core fracture dip angle measurement method and a measurement device thereof. The measurement device comprises a cubic fixed base with a lower bottom designed as a circular arc; two sides of the fixed base are respectively equipped with two groups of clamps; a V-shaped mouth of the clamp is opened through clamp handles, and the clamp is provided with an automatically closed spring device; an indicator steel plate is embedded in the middle of a front end face of the fixed base; the indicator steel plate not only can move back and forth, but also a front end thereof can freely rotate around a pin on the indicator steel plate; the front end of the indicator steel plate is fixed with a protractor which is fixed at the centre of a circle through a fixing screw and can freely rotate around the centre of the circle. The disadvantage that the fracture dip angle cannot be conveniently and accurately measured due to the structure and precision defects of the device in the existing rock core fracture dip angle measurement method is solved.
