Maintain hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion in the treatmant of refratory hypertension due to ureamia

2007
Objective To discuss the clinical effect of hemodialsis combined with hemoperfusion in the treamtment of refratory hypertension due to ureamia. Methods Fifty four patients suffered from refratory hypertension in the maintaining hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion were randomly divided into three groups according to the intermission of the heoperfusion, group A (14 patients) received hemoperfusion once a week, group B (16 patients) received hemoperfusion once two weeks, group C (24 patients) received hemoperfusion once four weeks, maintained nine months, observed the change of the blood pressure ATII,and PTH after treatment. Results The blood pressure of three groups were well controlled, there were no significant difference in the average systolic pressure after treatment (P0.05).There were no difference to the ATII compared with no-refratory hypertension (P0.05).There were significant differenced to the PTH compared with no-refratory hypertension of three groups after treatment. Conclusion The maintain combined hemodialsis-hemoperfusion can effcetively control the high blood pressure of the refratory hypertension of ureamia patients, and the best frequency for giving hemoperfusion was once a week.
