Corticosteroids (CS) have anti-inflammatory and immuno-suppressive effects and which they are widely used for allergic diseases, autoimmune and immune-related diseases. CS cause rarely immediate type hypersensitivity reactions after administration of oral and parenteral. Incidence of reaction has been reported 0.3-0.5% (1, 2).
