Ultra-low-power polysilicon AMLCD with full integration

An LTPS TFT-LCD that only consumes 0.07 mW of power was developed. It is the world's first LCD equipped with all the circuits needed to display still images continuously for up to 1 year on a button battery. At the same time, the panel is capable of displaying 260,000-color moving pictures.
