The invention discloses a multifunctional medical care bed which comprises a bed body and a bed body support. The bed body comprises an upper bed body and a lower bed body. The lower bed body comprises a hip supporting plate and a leg supporting plate. The upper bed body is in hinge connection to the lower bed body through a hinged shaft, and the hip supporting plate of the lower bed body is in hinge connection to the leg supporting plate of the lower bed body. The upper bed body and the hip supporting plate are both arranged on the upper portion of the bed body support, and two sets of automatic lifting devices are symmetrically arranged between the upper bed body and the bed body support. The leg supporting plate comprises a left supporting plate and a right supporting plate, and automatic lifting supporting legs are correspondingly arranged at the bottom of the left supporting plate and the bottom of the right supporting plate respectively. The upper portions of the automatic lifting supporting legs are correspondingly arranged on the left supporting plate and the right supporting plate respectively in a butting mode. The end of the left supporting plate and the end of the right supporting plate are further respectively provided with a foot baffle. The multifunctional medical care bed has the advantages of being high in degree of automation, complete in function, convenient to use and the like.
