The invention discloses a bacillus fusiformis for promoting rhizosphere growth of blueberries. The bacterial strain is named as bacillus fusiformis (Bacillus fusiformis) L13 in class, and preserved at the general microbiological center of the China Committee for Culture Collection of Microorganisms on December 31, 2012; and the preservation number is CGMCC No.7068. The invention also provides application of the bacillus fusiformis for promoting rhizosphere growth of the blueberries. The bacillus fusiformis for promoting rhizosphere growth of the blueberries disclosed by the invention is screened from rhizosphere soil of the blueberries, adapts with a special rhizosphere soil environment of the blueberries, and can promote growth of the blueberries.
