The Dorsal Nasal Flap

• The authors' experience with the dorsal nasal flap is reviewed. Specific attention is called to the ability to repeat the use of this flap from either the ipsilateral or contralateral sides. The dorsal nasal flap has been used so successfully that a plea is made for more widespread use. ( Arch Otolaryngol 1981;107:765-766)
