Composite high-Ca tissue protein of soybean and peanut and process for preparing composite high-Ca oil

A composite high-Ca tissue protein and composite high-Ca oil is prepared from soybean (20-80 %), peanut (20-80 wt.%), dried small shrimps (3-10 wt.%) and bone (0.5-5 wt.%) through removing peanut coat, decocting fresh bone, drying and crushing bone blocks, defatting, deodourizing, enriching calcium, regularizing combined protein, and press filtering the liquid to obtain edible composite high-Ca oil. Its advantages are not containing any harmful substance, rich nutrients and agreeable taste.
