Water-cooling type petroleum coke powder burner

The invention discloses a water-cooling type petroleum coke powder burner which comprises a gun body. The gun body comprises a body tube. The front end of the body tube is sealed through a first sealing cover. The tail end of the body tube is sealed through a second sealing cover. A circulation water pipe, an atomized gas inner tube and gas-powder mixing tubes are sequentially arranged on the inner side of the body tube. A water inlet passage is arranged between the circulation water pipe and the body tube. A drain passage is arranged between the circulation water pipe and the atomized gas inner tube. A feed passage is arranged between the gas-powder mixing tubes. The tail end of the atomized gas inner tube and tail ends of the gas-powder mixing tubes penetrate through the second sealing cover and then are connected with a gun head. A gun cap is arranged on the gun head. The water-cooling type petroleum coke powder burner is reasonable in structural design, capable of making coke powder to combust sufficiently, improves the coke powder utilization rate, is low in consumption rate, and can reduce melting furnace burning damage degree. Moreover, the gun cap of the gun head does not coke and is long in service life.
