Isolation and identification of mycoplasmas from chickens

Six sick chickens selected from two chicken farms in Shenyang were used for isolation of mycoplasmas according to specific properties of culture,serum and biology, and Sy_(1),Sy_(2),Sy_(4) and Sy_(5) strains from mycoplasmas were obtained.
