Study of actualities and countermeasures of legal education in higher medical schools

As the improvement of socialism with Chinese ?characteristics legal system,while more and more health laws and regulations have emerged,especially the presence of numerous medical malpractices and medical disputes,the problems of legal education in medical schools have aroused wide social attention.This article analyzes and investigates the actualities and problems of legal education in medical schools,points out that legal education is connected with the training of medical talents and the development of health project,and proposes improvements,such as changing the mindset,improving the teaching team,innovating teaching methods,enriching the educating forms,etc.
