Study on Microstructure and Properties of Bi-CVG Ferrite Sintered at Low-temperature

2008
The properties of yttrium-ferrite (Y1.05Bi0.75Ca1.2Fe4.4V0.6O12) prepared by traditional ceramic technology at low-temperature were studied. The results show that appropriate calcining temperature can effectively increase the density of the ferrite, and the sintering temperature has significant effect on the stability of YIG and magnetic properties. When calcining at 900 ℃ and sintering at 1100 ℃,the uniformity grain size and dense structure are obtained, and its magnetic properties are that Bs=4.84×10-2 T,Br=3.76×10-2 T,Hc=364 A/m.
