This application, which is accessible through Videotex (3615 code ADEME) enables one, after selecting one to three new vehicles or one second-hand vehicle, to obtain the annual budget for the fuel, maintenance, tax relief, and other items, together with the total budget for standard use of 15,000 kilometres per year for 4 years, with 80% of the purchase on credit, and average insurance.
