This essay seeks from a perspective very close to the construction process of a recent technology in Colombia for the rehabilitation of sewerage networks called the SPR-EX method, to make known the importance of the adoption of this technology in Colombia for the rehabilitation of sewer networks. sewerage and that the parties interested in the rehabilitation of sewerage networks, especially in the SPR-EX method, adopt a series of guidelines that allow them to avoid deviations in the expected results, as well as compliance with the technical standards and specifications. To do this, the construction process is contextualized in detail and tools that are part of the risk analysis are applied in order to identify the foreseeable risks that are part of the construction process. With tools such as the Colombian technical standard NTC - ISO 9001 -2015, the basic guidelines are established to try to mitigate them, all due to the fact that national standards and regulations are just being adapted for the use of a technology that has the potential to become the main method of network rehabilitation in Colombia due to its relatively low cost compared to other market competitors.
