Silk feeding system and method

The invention relates to a silk feeding system and a method. The silk feeding system comprises a logistic scheduling system, a silk production line, at least two stackers and to-be-sequenced platforms, wherein the to-be-sequenced platforms are respectively arranged behind each stacker, the to-be-sequenced platforms are connected with the silk production line by virtue of common conveying lines with unique sequencing control platforms, each common conveying line is permitted to convey a raw material tray at the same time, an inlet of each common conveying line is connected with each to-be-sequenced platform, and an outlet of each common conveying line is connected with the silk production line by virtue of each sequencing control platform; the logistic scheduling system can be used for controlling each stacker to deliver the raw material tray to each to-be-sequenced platform according to the priority in a feeding sheet and transmitting the raw material tray with the highest priority to the silk production line by virtue of the common conveying lines. According to the silk feeding system, the raw material feeding sequence of the production line and the delivery sequence specified by a formula can be kept consistent, the bad effect of inconsistent raw material feeding sequences of the same formula on the quality of finished cigarettes can be reduced to the greatest extent, and the delivery efficiency can be improved.
