The invention discloses a power take-off control system which is used for controlling power transfer between a power device and a hydraulic pump. The system comprises a clutch connected to the power device, a power take-off device arranged between the power device and the hydraulic pump, and a power take-off actuator arranged at the front end of the power take-off device and provided with a pneumatic valve; the system further comprises a power take-off function switch which is connected to the input end of a controller and used for outputting a power take-off signal, a power take-off pressure sensor, a clutch detection sensor and the controller; and the controller is used for receiving signals coming from the power take-off function switch, the power take-off pressure sensor and the clutch detection sensor. The invention further provides a power take-off control method and a concrete guniting trolley. The power take-off control system, the control method and the concrete guniting trolley are low in complexity and favorable for operators to control; and the system reliability is high, and equipment damage can be effectively prevented.
