Polycystic Spleen–An Unusual Cause of a Left Hypochondrial Mass

SUMMARY A case of poly-cystic spleen as an unusual cause of splenomegaly and an unusual cause of a ring calcification in the left hypochondrium, is described together with radiological findings. Diagnosis was made by angiography and confirmed at laparotomy.
