The present invention discloses a method for controlling electric vehicle without a camshaft sensor range extender engine, which eliminates the need for conventional engine camshaft position sensor, installed in the extender generator for torque detection, by determining the torque feedback torque feedback value and the value F1 F4, obtaining the output torque of the engine torque acting cylinder 1 and a cylinder intake period. Since the present method does not require a camshaft position sensor, but may identify a cylinder compression top dead center, thereby completing the engine correctly synchronized with the engine control unit, to achieve the correct fuel injection sequence. The present invention can save the cost of the system, simplifying engine design, economic and technical benefits obtained in double.
