A preparation method of fruit juice beverage includes the following steps: pulverizing licorice, apricot kernel and fennel fruit, mixing them according to a certain proportion, boiling by adding water, cooling, adding fruit juice, adding sugar, blending, heating, cooling and filtering so as to obtain the invented palatable beverage which is clear, transparent and possesses amber color and unique flavour. This invented beverage is made of natural components, contains no preservative, and possesses rich nutrients, not only can quench thirst, but also has specific function for preventing and curing diseases.
