SWOT Analysis of Project-completed Development Strategy for an Equipment Manufacture

Based on SWOT theory and in view of the internal and external ambience,this paper studies on the challenges and opportunities,advantages and disadvantages of an equipment manufacture.The spare strategies ate offered and then the quantitative analysis is carried out by means of the quantitative strategic planning matrix (QSPM) in order to choose the optimal project-completed development strategy.Additonally,it is given that the concrete method how to optimize the optimal strategy for an equipment manufacturer.
