College Students Acting Passively as Student Cadres: Economic Analysis

In college student management,it has become a common phenomenon for students to act passively as cadres.According to the economic cost-benefit analysis,students can not only benefit from working as leaders,but also need to pay some corresponding costs.They will act passively or even quit the job if their costs exceeds return.In order to solve this problem,the cost-benefit structure of being a student leader must be changed in the following ways: cultivating teamwork spirit to create the possibility of benefit increase,establishing promotion platform to increase their benefits and innovating management modes to decrease their decision-making costs.
