Dural arteriovenous anomaly supplied by anterior falcine artery

A case of dural arteriovenous malformation in the frontal pole is reported. Involvement of the anterior falcine artery as a feeder and associated dural aneurysms, one of which caused the intracranial bleeding, were features of this particular case.
