The invention discloses an earthquake monitoring early warning signal interface unit for a high-speed railway. The earthquake monitoring early warning signal interface unit comprises a network interface unit, a processing unit, a control unit and a relay and lightning-protection unit. The network interface unit is used for conducting communications with an adjacent station and a railway bureau central system. The processing unit is used for receiving seismic P-wave early warning and/or threshold value alarm information sent by the adjacent station and judging a processing level; then according to the processing level, the processing unit is used for outputting an earthquake alarm condition signal to the control unit; the processing unit is used for receiving emergency treatment instruction information sent by the high-speed railway earthquake monitoring early warning railway bureau central system and outputting the earthquake alarm condition signal to the control unit according to an alert level. The control unit is used for outputting an alarm control command to the relay and lightning-protection unit according to the received earthquake alarm condition signal. The relay and lightning-protection unit is used for sending an earthquake alarm signal to a signal system according to the alarm control command output by the control unit, and conducting lightning-protection on a power supply line by arranging a power supply surge protective device, and the safety of the power supply line is effectively protected. Through the adoption of the earthquake monitoring early warning signal interface unit for the high-speed railway, the reliability and the safety of seismic emergency handling can be effectively improved.
