The device and method involve a vision file format conversion device and method which convert a visual image file into a jet touch file and a jet touch file format conversion device and method which convert the jet touch file into the visual image file, wherein RGB representation is adopted for visual image pixel points, PTF representation is adopted for pixel points of a jet touch image, conversion between RGB and PTF is achieved according to the total mapping relation between visual space RGB and jet touch space PTF, and free conversion between the touch image format and the visual image format of image information is achieved; in addition, jet touch data obtained from various sources are stored in the jet touch file format, a touch file is then formed, and offline storage and cross-platform application of the touch data are achieved.
