PSYCHOBIOGRAPHY OF TODOS OSMACHKA AND A PROBLEM OF CREATIVITY

2018
The article describes the figure of the Ukrainian writer Todos Osmachka - one of the cohorts of "shot revivals" - against the background of his era, indicated on those fatal personal and social factors that led to an internal catastrophe of the artist. In particular, the situation of childhood and adolescence of T. Osmachky was studied in detail in order to find the main traumatic moments that influenced the further development of the artist's personality. Particular attention is paid to T. Osmachky's childhood, since childhood is the key situation from which the mental structure of the adult person develops, and therefore, the events of children's years are decisive in the formation of each person. The role of the figures of mother and father in the life of T. Os'machky was investigated, the situation of the lack of maternal love, alienation from the father was revealed. However, T. Os'machka's true, unconscious aWtude to her parents is hidden behind a clear and motivated conscious parental idealization, as recorded in the author's autobiographical statements, as well as in the memoirs about him. Meanwhile, the unconscious plan of perceiving the writer unfolds in the reflections of the protagonist of the autobiographical novel "The Rotunda of Murderers". Also, the traumatic influence on the artist's soul of two events since his childhood was discovered - the mother's injuries due to his birth and the death of his brother from his fault. Subsequently, in the years of youth and in adulthood, in the life of T. Osmachky, a fatal coincidence of these subjective, internal and objective traumatic factors generated by an aggressive society will occur, where the spirit of social necrophilia will constantly increase.
