Avaliação do processo de ensino-aprendizagem do curso de administração de uma IES: perspectivas docente e discente

Among the activities that permeate the educational process, assessment is constituted as an area of close association with the teaching-learning process. Discuss the educational evaluation refers to the understanding of the role that schools, including higher education, have on people's lives. The critical role that should read taken into account in the training of students, which results in quality policy, also through the evaluation process that is submitted. This does not take away the importance of formal quality, i.e. the technical knowledge should be sought in the teaching-learning process. In this sense, this article aims to analyze the evaluation process in the disciplines of Management course an IES, the teacher and student perspectives. To this end, the research applied 20 questionnaires to teachers and 70 interviews with students of IES investigated. The data were analyzed quantitatively. The results indicated that, despite some inconsistencies observed in the teaching-learning process, IES, through their teachers, developed teaching approaching the dictates advocated by theorists in education in the training of administrators.
