Исследование электромагнитного излучения при разрушении металлических материалов

2014
The study of the electromagnetic radiation, produced in the process of destruction of metallic materials on the example of a magnetic material steel 3 and nonmagnetic material aluminum alloy AMg5, was conducted. Measuring and computing complex, used for the study of electromagnetic radiation released during the destruction of the samples, was described. It is noted that, when the samples of the paramagnetic material aluminum alloy have been destructing, the electromagnetic radiation is not fixed. With the destruction of steel 3 pulses of electromagnetic emissions begin to emerge on the stage of destruction and are fixed until the complete destruction of the sample and dividing it into two parts. It was found that with increasing size of the sample pulse duration increases. It is suggested that the observed effect of the electromagnetic emissions can be caused by a change in the internal structure of the sample in the area of development of cracks.
