Soziale Bewegungen als Orte organisationspädagogischer Praxis und Forschung

The primary objective of this paper is to explore social movements as ephemeral organisations within the field of organizational education research. Against this backdrop of the peculiarities of the organisational form of social movements, three potential fields for future research in organizational education are explored. These fields involve the conditions, processuality and the dissemination of organizational learning within social movements.
