Method for detecting vitamin C calcium-related substances

2012
The invention discloses a method for detecting vitamin C calcium-related substances in the field of pharmaceutical analysis. The method for detecting the vitamin C calcium-related substances comprises the steps of preparing chromatographic conditions, wherein the chromatographic conditions comprise the chromatographic column of LC-NH2250mm*4.6mm, the column temperature of 45 DEG C, the flow velocity of 0.6ml/min, the ultraviolet detector wavelength of 210nm, the sample injection amount of 20mu l and the mobile phase of phosphate buffered solution-acetonitrile; preparing the phosphate buffered solution, dissolving 6.8g of monopotassium phosphate with water, and diluting to about 175ml with water; filtering by using a filter membrane with the diameter of 0.45mu m, and diluting to 1000ml with water; preparing the mobile phase, and preparing the mixed solution of 27 volume percent of phosphate buffered solution and 73 volume percent of acetonitrile; preparing sodium carbonate solution; dissolving 4g of anhydrous sodium carbonate in a 100ml volumetric flask, adding water to dilute to the scales, and shaking up; and preparing the sample solution, and preparing and measuring the reference solution. According to the method, a high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method is used for detecting, the vitamin C calcium-related substances are detected through the method, and the reproducibility, the sensitivity and the accuracy can meet the requirements.
