Satisfacción laboral y desempeño de los docentes de las Instituciones de Educación Superior

The research project prior to obtaining the Master's degree in Human Talent Management, has as its theme Work satisfaction and performance of teachers in higher education institutions, in which it was possible to determine the problems that exist in higher education teachers, which aims to determine the influence of job satisfaction on the performance of university teachers; Also, to study the levels of work satisfaction that exist on the part of the teachers, as well as to know which are the factors of the teaching performance, since of it it will be possible to find deficiencies that affect the development of the activities of the teachers of the Institutions of Top Education, defining as principal problem the work that they develop and routine activities inside his tasks. Considering the variables of study, through the use of statistical tests that allowed the collection of information, which demonstrates in a more exact way, the relationship between work satisfaction and the performance of the teachers of the institutions of higher education, which is established as an object of study. The results obtained through this research allowed us to diagnose in a much clearer way, the degree of job satisfaction that young teachers present, compared to older teachers and to analyze the performance factors in the Universidad Tecnologica Indoamerica. With which finally it is recommended, to make periodic analyses to their teachers through the application of surveys, in order to measure the labor satisfaction that they present, to carry out periodic evaluations of the performance, in order to know the different factors that influence and to apply suitable techniques that allow to improve the level of performance and labor satisfaction, through suitable practices of work modalities, so that the teachers develop greater productivity in their work.
