Method and apparatus for cleaning the components in the air conditioning or refrigeration system (14) (10). Flushing the liquid solvent to pass through the component (14) to remove contaminants present in the component (14) is provided. To evaporate the solvent passing through the flashed components (14) to remove contaminants from the vaporized solvent to purify solvent containing a subsequent contamination. Thereafter, the vaporized liquefied cleaned solvent, washing the liquefied solvent reused to components (14) again.
