Dynamic Characteristic Analysis for the Double Helical-Ribbon Blades of Desecration Stirrer

The double helical-ribbon blades of the stirrer are operated in high-viscosity glue.Firstly this paper derives the dynamic equation in the air and fluid-structure interaction equation in the glue.Then the modal analysis is made by using ANSYS.Finally,we get the former tenth-order natural frequencies and vibration.The added mass method is used in the analysis of the dynamic properties in the glue and the fluid reaction force is passed to the blade through the surface effect element.The results show that the frequency in the glue is smaller than the one with same order in the air,but the influence on different reduction and different order is not same.The result also can be applied to the theoretical basis in the structural improvement,optimal design and experimental study.
