A Questão de Gênero na Relação com a AIDS: a maternidade

This article, as a result from the masters degree dissertation "AIDS in female: a look at the mirror without makeup", aims to build a discussion about the conflictuous relationship between the issue of maternity and women infected by HIV/AIDS. Accordingly, noted that this reflection takes into account physical and biological aspects of the seropositive women and in addition the importance of the role of these women concerning maternity. These concepts associated with AIDS determine sufferance and discrimination, emphasizing the difference between male and female. Therefore, it is known that this article has as main topic something that needs fighting practical approaches with emancipating and mainly observe the integrality of women diagnosed with HIV/AIDS.
