The present invention relates to a support structure for photovoltaic power generation module of which the vibration and noise caused by wind loads and the supporting state can be maintained stably at the same time. The present invention comprises multiple of first holdings vertically fixed to the installation location of the photovoltaic module, multiple of second holdings vertically fixed to the rear side of the first holding and is formed longer than the first holding, a plurality of vertical members installed and inclined along to the longitudinal direction of the upper end of the first and second holdings, a plurality of horizontal members disposed laterally on the vertical members, and a plurality of clamps in the beam which is to combine the horizontal members on the photovoltaic module. In particular, the photovoltaic module of the clamp surface in contact with the first uneven portion and a resilient pad is interposed to absorb the vibration and the noise made from between the first uneven portion and the photovoltaic module, wherein the horizontal member of PV in contact with the surface of the photovoltaic module with a module to increase the frictional force between the second part is formed.
