The functional substance is manufactured into an emulsion through the emulsifying agent, the emulsion and the photosensitizer are cooperatively transmitted into tumor tissue, photodynamics therapy can be performed by means of the large amount of singlet oxygen incubated in the functional substance prolonging the service life of the singlet oxygen by means of the photodynamics therapy method, and therefore the medicine effect of the photodynamics therapy is improved.
